I give up

So far I have gotten three rejections (MSU/Berkeley and Northwestern already sent out wait lists and I have not gotten anything yet so I'm guessing I was rejected). I applied for a total of ten programs whoever I cannot help but think I'll be rejected from the remaining seven. It's been very though as I thought of grad school as the logical next step of my career. Now I don't know what to do, I don't have a job and the timeframe for applying to a PhD in my home country is basically over. I feel like my entire life is just ending at this point.
